- LLLynnOct 30, 20251.0Buyer beware. All sales are final, no verbal statement of any kind when we bought one box of in stock flooring. We carefully opened the box and pulled out one piece of flooring, returned that piece to the box and took it back to the store and was told that there would be a 32% restocking fee for in stock flooring. We were also told that the money will not be refunded. It had to be used for in-store credit. We bought several floors from the this store and were very happy with them. What a bad way to treat a return customer.

We wanted something of quality and something more unique than that offered by the “big box” stores. We found that at East Coast. If anything was an issue it was in deciding which we liked best from their vast selection. The sales staff were very pleasant and helpful. We felt neither rushed nor pressured. A special shout out to Anthony (sales) who helped us load our purchase. He went above and beyond. Thank you East Coast.

The folks here KNOW their products, how to install them, etc. They took the mystery out of things and got us back on track with a product, the supplies, and know-how to install new floors. They gave us hope and the tools to complete the job! Thank you for turning discouraged people into inspired people! Highly recommend!
