  DRB Homes made my dream come through! Right from the very first visit to the model home to me receiving my keys was all without any issue. They had a wonderful sales person, Greta. She’s was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process, and responded to questions timely. She made my children and I so comfortable and guided us through the entire process. It was my first time buying a home, so I couldn’t be more grateful to have her. The house is very nice, and spacious, design choice was well thought through. They also give you modern appliances from a good brand. I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend DRB Homes.

  I recently moved into a brand new Dan Ryan Builders townhouse at Homestead Acres in Hanover, PA. It was a great experience. I worked with the most wonderful Sales Agent named Greta Bill. She worked with me throughout the entire process from deciding on the lot to designing the townhouse to settlement. Even after settlement I know I can count on Greta to answer any questions I may have. The entire Dan Ryan Builders Team was always very professional and always very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend DRB and Greta Bill. She will make sure that your dream home becomes a reality.

  Wanted to pass along our sincere appreciation and admiration for the Dan Ryan representative, Greta Bill. From the moment we met Greta we knew we were in the right place. She was knowledgeable, personable, professional, helpful, charming, funny and comfortable. She pointed things out we didn't consider or even know. She has kept us up to date on every aspect of the building process as well as the financial side of buying this town home. We consider her a part of our family now and will continue a relationship with her long after the papers have been signed.   Dan Ryan builds beautiful homes that sell themselves. I have been working with Greta Bill in buying my first home and she has been more than wonderful through this entire process. She has been so welcoming to any of my friends and family who want to come see the model home and answer any questions they have. She only wants the absolute best experience for every single customer. She is the friendliest person I have ever worked with. She handles herself very professionally but also kindly. This process would just not be the same without her! I recommend Dan Ryan to anyone in the market to buy a house as they make a quality product that is both modern and feels comfortable like home. I tell everyone how wonderful the builder and Greta have been to me and my family this whole time.

  Very helpful staff and responsive management. Some things have been held up due to Covid, but they’ve done everything in their power to make things move smoothly.
