- ASAlexis SageOct 3, 20251.0Had a terrible experience at Direct Tools. The salespeople were extremely pushy – basically didn’t give me a chance to browse or decide on my own. They just started piling items onto the counter as if I had to buy them. At no point did anyone clearly mention that all sales are final and there are no refunds, only store credit. Now I’m stuck with a large gift card I have no intention of using. Prices were nothing special either – you can absolutely find better deals elsewhere without the pressure. Won’t be coming back.
