We have a very poor experience with the crew that did the installation. The windows were not properly installed. They were not capped on the outside nor properly insulated or caulked. We started to have water damage. We contacted the company immediately and they came back to check the windows and see where the ball got dropped. It was immediately addressed and Joe Palermo and partner came out today and fixed everything. They took the time to take pictures before to show what the issues were and after. I watched the entire process and got educated today. They stand by their warranty and appreciate the care and concern to fix quickly.

He determined that my new $10,000 door needed new hardware for the handle. However, it was not in stock. I placed an order and Hunter assured me that he would be back in a couple of weeks to install. He also replaced my doorbell, which was over 65 years old, tarnished and dented. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend Home Genius and their staff.
- ADAndrea DabneyDec 12, 20255.02 years ago we had siding and gutters replaced. It was a horrible experience. The project manager was absent and I felt like I was managing the project. He was more worried about sign off versus inspecting the job being done. The ruined all my screens except one on the front of the house, the left pin holes throughout all of the siding, they didn’t replace siding behind a fence post the same way they found it, instead they went cut the siding around it allowing water to get behind the opening and caused $1500 in water damage to my finished basement that I had to pay out of pocket to get fixed, siding on the side of the the house was hanging. There is so much more but it took 6 months to finally get resolution after many calls and sleepless nights all while trying to work. Then recently on the front of our house along with the fence issue came loose. Called and they sent a project manager Nick. He took some pictures in Oct. I had to keep following up with him to get responses to be told I haven’t been able to get you scheduled for repairs. Finally in Nov I threatened legal action and he went silent so I had to call customer service again. To get things moving. You have warranty and can’t get serviced after putting out so much money thinking you hired professionals is very disheartening. Thankfully they sent a new project manager, Hunter. He is fantastic. He called me right away. We discussed the issues, timing and how I expect communication. I understand things come up due to weather and such but just communicate. He absolutely did. He listened, explained what was being done and he and his crew were outstanding. They fixed all of my concerns, did a beautiful job making up for the original poor workmanship. If it wasn’t for Hunter my rating would have been a 1. Thanks to him you saved a customer and would do business again with Home Genius Exteriors. Thank you, Hunter for great communication, work done right and for being so respectful. You and your crew did a wonderful job!!!
