    William was amazing. 1000/10. Well water pump died on New Years Eve. Called Negley’s on NYE and William showed up the same day. William took time to explain every single thing to me so I understood what exactly the issue was, what and why it needed replaced or corrected. William was very professional, kind, and insanely knowledgeable. Will 100% be working with Negley’s again when needed and hopefully William is the one to show up again . Thanks for everything!

    Matt was extremely friendly and kind. He explained everything thing he was doing in great detail and so we could understand. Our water has been so much better since installing our new water softener and we have told our friends and family about the great product and service.
