I called and they were extremely responsive and within a few hours they were at my house diagnosing the issue. It didn't take long for it to be fixed and I had heat moments later. They were amazing to work with and I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you

I called them at 8am on Wednesday about our broken central AC. 30 minutes later they had someone out our house to diagnose the issue, and first thing the following day they had a full team of workers at our house with a replacement unit. We were cool again by Thursday evening! Big thanks to the whole team, from Terry and Ginnie in the office to the guys working in our attic.

- SMSE MDec 10, 20191.0Last year they serviced my furnace and all was well. I've had no issues with oil delivery, either. But this year they spilled oil on my basement floor - something that could have been prevented with drop cloth. The clean up product they used was awful and caused an asthma attack. I ended up using unscented kitty litter, Dawn, hot water, and elbow grease. Anyway, during a recent chimney cleaning we discovered that the exhaust pipe from the furnace to the chimney was so corroded that it was falling off the wall. I called to see if this should have been checked and quoted for repair back when they serviced the furnace. The answer? No, that's not part of the service. Really? I have a clean burner, but carbon monoxide exhaust filling my basement. I cannot recommend this company.

Had my first oil delivery and oil was spilled on my steps, and dripped in large splotches all the way down my drive. I cleaned with Dawn, paper towels and an old broom. I will never buy from them again and will go back to my previous oil supplier. No compensation for my time and trouble was offered.
