He examine the thermostat and the heating system to check if anything was disconnected. My thermostat was disconnected but my problem was beyond that. He took the time explained the heating system (very old and ancient). He was not able to do repairs the system need to be replaced. Paul was able to schedule same day appointment for the installation team to come out for estimation. I worked with this company in the past for my electric panel replacement and adding outlets to the house. They always do an amazing job.

He was detained in his work and was quick to get it completed. After the work was done he checked back with me to make sure his work was satisfactory. It was nice working with Terrell and thank you Gen 3 for sending out the right guy.
