  We hired K&A Coatings to do an Epoxy coating on the garage floor of an eight year old home that we had purchased. The floor was filthy and stained and needed a deep clean first. It was a two day process. Keith had given us a reasonable estimate. The men came on time day one and did an incredible job cleaning the floor and started the first layer, including the flake. They came on day two, cleaned up the excess flake and epoxy’d the floor. They did a beautiful job. I will repeat they were so pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with the final results and recommend this business.

  We contacted Keith about getting a quartz epoxy floor coating in our basement at home. The end result turned out awesome and is a major improvement to our painted basement floor. It should last a very long time. They sanded and prepped everything the first day before applying the first coat of quartz epoxy. Then it had to dry. Then on the second day, a second coat was applied. Finally, on the third day the clear top coat was applied and had to dry 24 hours. The team came out on Saturday to minimize our basement down time which was really nice. Prep for them was a low dust environment with a hepa filter, and we turned off the furnace to prevent dust from entering the return ducts as our furnace is in the basement. If you consider this, you have to empty the basement as prep for them and expect some epoxy smell especially if you keep your windows closed at night. Sending thanks for a job well done!
