Rich came out to do the estimate and look over the plumbing etc. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gladly came back a second time to address some additional questions we had about where to place the unit. We had it put in about 2 wks ago. Billy did a very professional job making certain the unit was installed and functioning properly as well as making certain we understood how it worked and how to care for it. I have great peace of mind knowing this job was done was well and at a reasonable price.
