  Very professional and kept house clean by putting down covers from entry to bathroom.protected bedroom from unwanted dust and debris. Explained every step and explained cleaning and instructions on how to operate. Shower is beautiful.left house exactly how it was before they entered.5 Stars

  On May 8, 2024, I had a Kohler Luxstone Shower installed. The two men that installed the shower did a great job. They were very professional and were hard workers. My one concern is that the shower paneling was supposed to go up to the ceiling and did not when it was initially installed. The shower looks great though. I would like to add that a few days ago I received a note on my door from the water company saying I had high usage and to contact them. I called and the lady said my normal usage was 17 within 3 months, this past 3 months it was 266!!! She wanted to know if there was any remodeling done, I said yes with my shower upstairs. She said to get some blue or green food coloring and put 10 drops in the back of the basin of the toilet, without flushing if the food coloring shows up in the front of the toilet that means there’s a leak within a minute there was three circles of food coloring in the front of the toilet, which showed that there was a leak, I immediately called Home smart to notify them. Bill said that wasn’t their problem and I needed to call a plumber to take care of it. He said home smart had nothing to do with it. I asked for his name and his phone number and I told him that he would be hearing from me again. The next day the plumber came, he said the toilet just needed to be adjusted, but he did find that downstairs in the basement one of the knobs had been turned on which meant that water had been flowing from the night that the men had come on May 8 until when Devon had turned it off on June 26, 2024. The water had been flowing outside in the backyard which created a ton of water in my backyard. The reason I know, that knobs had been turned is because one of the gentlemen that was there that night with Louis asked me where the basement was because he had to turn off main water source. He asked me where the basement was. I took him down in the basement, he asked me where the main water shut off was. I told him I didn’t know because anytime I need to know some thing I call my brother or I call my boyfriend and they’re at the house within five minutes. He then started turning knobs to the left and to the right and he walked around turning knobs all through the basement. I told him the two were for the washer and dryer and those were the only two I knew about and then I began walking upstairs I saw him walking around, turning knobs to the left and right. I didn’t see him turn that knob in the back room, but I did see him walk around turning several knobs in the basement. Nobody in my family goes in the basement because we have first floor laundry now so we have no reason to go down there, I have to say I’m disgusted with the lack of empathy, and the fact that they’re outright lying and they’re ok with that that shows that they have no character whatsoever and I would never want to do business with a company like that ever again!

  me and my wife love our new walk in shower ken and anthony were very professional and courteous laid out darps thou out my bathroom and hallway and stairs, cleaned all trash from demo i can't say enough about the service i received , very happy!
