I called at 8:00 AM, service arrived and started at 8:45 AM, cold air was blowing at 9:30 AM. I was told what the problem and the repair was and how to prevent. 100% A-1 service. I’m glad John’s is in our area.

I really wasn’t expecting anyone until the following week ( called on a Friday early afternoon ) , but to our pleasant surprise Jason had called and was at our house at 4:06pm! He was polite, to the point and knew what he was doing. 45 minutes later our ac was fixed and we felt relieved. He gave us some instructions for afterwards and made sure to repeat how long it would take until we noticed a deference …. Now, a few days before, we tried fixing it ourselves and went to their place of establishment and picked up parts that 4 other places didn’t have. Reasonable prices and readily available with the two most sweetest, helpful women that helped me that day. All around such good service, friendly and knowledgeable people and reasonable prices. Thank you so much Team😍
