Definitely honest and reliable. I was shopping for a new furnace quote when the technician arrived. Instead of just pushing a sale, he actually checked if the broken heat exchanger was under warranty. He found it was covered and they replaced it This saved me a lot of money, especially around the holidays. Great service!"

Take your business elsewhere. This company overcharges for service calls. I had an issue with my furnace it was working but making a loud noise. Service man came and told me what the issue was. I chose to replace the part. He told me he did not have the part with him and had to go back to shop to see if they had it and if they had in-stock he would be back if not he would have to order. Ended up they did have in stock and he came back and replaced. He was at my house probably less than an hour with both visits. Looking at bill they charged me for 2 hours labor. I called and asked if they charged for travel time and they said no and they would check with serviceman. Called me back next day and said I got charged for 2 hours because they came back that same day so therefore they charged me for 2 service calls and I asked if they had to order part and come back another day would I have gotten charged and she said no. I told her I told serviceman he didn't have to come back that day since my furnace was working. She said she would need to check with owner and call me back. Called me back a little later and said they would charge me for an hour and a half instead of 2 hours does that work for me and I said I guess it's going to have to and told her I will never use them again and take my business elsewhere and she really didn't seem to care. I will take my business to company that isn't greedy.

I have nothing but great things to say. I had woken up to no heat and troubleshooted what I could. Upon further investigation I saw water and knew I needed to call someone. John's company sent someone out right away. They were super kind and fixed everything in just a few hours. I was worried about cost but it wasn't bad at all. I will definitely use them in the future.

Furnace stopped blowing heat at 4 AM. It was eight below zero. I called and spoke with John. I requested to be on the service list for first thing in the morning (he offered to send a tech immediately). Dave (fantastic technician) showed up before 9am. He was extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, efficient. He had to come back with a part and did so very quickly! He fixed it! We are not freezing any longer. Great customer service all the way around.
