  I had Joe and his crew remove 2 skylights and replace all of the shingles on the whole roof. He did provide the lowest bid among the 7 contractors that I interviewed. You may shop around as I did, and you might find a lower price. You will probably research as I did and find other contractors with good reviews. But what convinced me was the honesty that Joe portrayed, and that is a quality that is hard to find today. Joe found other problems during the work and corrected all of them. What he did not do was charge me extra for that additional work. He stayed true to his original bid. I challenge you to find another contractor who would do that. There are many contractors who live off of the extras so I urge you to be careful. For quality work and trust, I would never hire any other roofing company because of Joe Mulkern.

  I hired Expert Roofing for an emergency repair. I then had them come back and do the whole house aling with new shutters. Joe was great to work with and was very fair with the price. Definitely quality work and would recommend to others

  Joe is really an amazing guy and really knows his stuff when it comes to roofing. I've had friends and family also use him and he has always done an exceptional job with no problems. Prices are reasonable and customer service is outstanding!
