He was very nice and respectful of my cats by closing the basement door so they couldn’t get down there. My husband passed away last year so I’ve had to call Mann’s a few times for various things. They never have failed me ! Will call them for all and any heating and plumbing needs . A very satisfied customer !

He said the other tech knows furnaces. I said I was going to give it a shot, and I would let them know if I was unsuccessful. If I was unsuccessful I was going to have their HVAC tech came out. I was successful and their HVAC tech came out without my request. Good job on initiative, I thought, my I'm not paying for a service I didn't receive. They tried to bill 250.00 for this. The day their techs came out was January. I'm still dealing with this in September. Mann P&H: Write off this bill! I'm not paying something I didn't ask for!
