- SVSvetlana Volchansky1 day ago1.0I worked with WW during COVID and had most of my windows done. They did a good job then. So I went back to them again this spring to get two picture windows put in my DINING ROOM. When I came to see completed job hours after, they wrongly installed one window into dining room and second window into my bedroom! I was mortified as I am on a tight budget and already remodeling my whole house!! The only solution WW offered was to tear out the window from bedroom and re-install it into where it should have been installed: dining room. I paid full price for a new window. I do need a used installed window getting torn out and reinstalled. So I had to order a third window. I received no apology from WW. No discount towards third window. And even worse, when I had to stop at office to sign second invoice and saw the boss coming in office- he did not even say hello and did not apologize though the owner personally met me when he was at my house measuring the picture windows. WW made me feel that they were upset with me for not agreeing to tear window out as a solution for their mistake! Definitely do not recommend WW. Service is unprofessional and boss is unkind and has no manners and has no accountability when his company makes mistakes.

I like my windows and I had 2 new storm doors put in and I liked them, too. I know this sounds to good to be true, but it honestly is how I feel. Would deal with them in a heartbeat. Well oiled machine.
