Nerthling’s responded immediately to our inquiry and scheduled us for a consultation within a couple of days. John was able to assess what we needed and made practical suggestions for the system that would best meet our needs. We never felt pressured and all options and associated costs were communicated clearly. We were able to purchase a top of the line unit for a reasonable price and were able to schedule installation quickly and around our schedules. Justin and Ryan installed the whole system last week in 2 days, including reworking quite a bit of antiquated/inefficient ductwork. But the swap out was seamless and we were never without heat. They were diligent and unobtrusive and left our basement cleaner than they found it. They then educated us on using the system and the new thermostat, as well as the warranty and service agreement. John has been in contact with us every step of the way and came for a final walk through yesterday. So far we have been thrilled with the system, which has handled the drastic up and down of the recent weather with ease. And it is so quiet! We are grateful to Nerthling’s for their professionalism and hard work and highly recommend their services. Thank you John and Team!!
