He worked on our fuel oil furnace and explained everything he was doing and why. He gave us professional recommendations and communicated ways to extend our furnaces life and keep it running efficiently.

We were recommended Nerthling's via a friend. Very friendly people! They were able to send John out to look and quote price for a new unit - the same day we called ( Monday). Then we got a call the new unit would be installed the next day ( Tuesday). Mike installed that Tuesday and was very nice and informative. The price was reasonable and they were honest and not trying to oversell something we did not need. Nerthling's included all the new pipes, connections, fittings and new thermostat in the price. They are definitely worth it for such sales and excellent service.

The problem was I never received a call from anyone from Nerthlings the following week. I received an e-mail for an estimate of what ver $1K. The company that installed the furnace replaced it under warranty and I paid $225. My issue is the follow up and leaving a customer hanging with a broken furnace in the wintertime

Our gas furnace went out completely and he was able to get here within a couple of days to replace our furnace with a new more efficient gas furnace in no time. He was able to explain and educate me on how to use it and explained everything that they were going to do. He was precise and explained everything to me with ease. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family. And I would definitely recommend him as my technician going forward with our annual services. The pricing was great and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Thank u so much Mitchell and happy Thanksgiving.
