  It is imperative that I state that I would never recommend Jemson to anyone. There are too many reasons why to list. We are going on almost 11 months and our project is still incomplete.

  Unfortunately, I have to strongly advise against doing business with this company. What we were told would take about 6 weeks turned into a 19-week long kitchen cabinet fiasco. The unexplained delays were frustrating to say the least. But that’s even not the reason for this review. Delays I can understand. What I cannot understand was this company’s complete lack of professionalism. They dodged our calls and e-mails until we finally turned up at their showroom for information about our order. Then when the order was finally delivered, a significant design flaw was discovered and immediately halted the project. Jemson was reluctant to take responsibility for the issue, and one staff member even went as far as to try to pass the mistake off onto us, saying our kitchen measurements were wrong. They were not. Their cabinet configuration was impossible regardless of our kitchen dimensions. The replacement cabinets were again delayed, and then arrived in the wrong shade of white. So the replacements then had to be replaced... If it weren’t for Jemson’s unacceptable customer service, I would not feel the need to leave this poor review, but alas… I highly recommend against using this company. The attention to detail and professionalism is just not there.

  Would not recommend this company to anyone. Was estimated 4-6 weeks to get kitchen cabinets, after about 8 weeks I tried contacting them to get an estimate on delivery but could not get anyone to answer. After multiple voicemails and emails left over 4-5 days, I ended up driving to their store to get an answer. There were multiple additional delays with really no explanation. Cabinets delivered after about 4 months. The original design was flawed so they had to reorder some of cabinets and I had to reconfigure the design. The re-ordered cabinets were done in a different color so they had reorder again. Jemson made a pretty simple kitchen renovation incredibly frustrating, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
