  I wouldn’t recommend this business. I had an estimate done where I was told that the flooring between my kitchen and dining room may need to be leveled but he couldn’t tell without taking up the carpet. I was also told that the flooring installers would tell us if the flooring needed leveled the day of installation. My husband was home on installation day, he was told that the floor level wasn’t severe enough to require the leveling it would be aesthetic and up to us. We opted out of the leveling because they said it wasn’t necessary.I had the majority of the flooring in my house done in January 2025. By May my flooring where the kitchen meets the dining room started coming apart length wise and two spots in the kitchen where it was coming apart width wise. I have included photos from when it first started but it got A LOT worse. I called and was told they were very busy with a project at one of the local colleges. I was understanding, I just wanted someone to look at it and assure me they would fix it when they had time. I called every 2-3 weeks and every time I called I was told “you were on my list of people to call today” which obviously couldn’t have been true for the number of times I called. When I FINALLY got them to come out and fix it (this past week) the workers mentioned another spot near the living room that was also dipping due to needing leveled (4 feet away from where they were already working) and instead of fixing it while they were here they left it to probably also come apart. It has been 5 days and my kitchen floor is coming apart width wise again. That tells me they didn’t fix it, they kicked the boards back together, which I know because I have been doing it for months. Avoid this company like the plague!

  I cannot say enough about this company along with the owner and team of workers. I was recommended to BCI by my sister and not that I thought she would mislead me but I never expected the quality of work, product and delivery and professional of the BCI team. They kept me abreast of the order status and went above and beyond to help transition from our home in MD to PA. Five stars is not enough for these great people. You will not be disappointed. I am proud to recommend them for all your flooring needs
