  It’s hard to put into words what my time with Kozi has done and meant to me and my family. Not only is their work superior, their kindness and genuine patience can’t be matched. I’ve dealt with many contractors, and none of them care or express any passion for the project. Most of the time you can barely get a call back. But Kozi - from the moment we met them, they made sure I felt heard and always wanted me happy. Being a female while in this environment, it is usually difficult to be taken seriously. Kozi listened to every comment, concern, explained when I had trouble grasping and they honored my vision with grace and commitment. I broke a lot of their typical design norms and they met every detail and expectation. We had to move out due to how much of a renovation we underwent, and I was always scared to interrupt everyone’s day by wanting to go over and be involved. None of them ever made me feel like I was interrupting. They’d graciously listen to concerns or to my new brilliant idea that day. No was never in their vocabulary and not a detail was missed. To Forty, Shenoll, Florenzo, Trim, Gio, James, Andy and every worker that I crossed paths with - you are truly one of a kind. I appreciate every single one of you. Thank you will never begin to express my gratitude!

  It has been 1 year since we had Kozi totally gut our bathroom. It was 28 years old and nothing had been done. Just the normal cosmetic paint and paper. When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. We LOVE our bathroom and hope to use them for other projects in the future.

  Kozi did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel, it's beautiful! Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! I highly recommend them for any job that you might need to be done!!
