  End of job 8/22 -Tony ( proj mgr) was rude and condescending and bath remodel ran months longer than contracted for with start of May. This was understandable to a degree during Covid but there were 3 weeks no work was done. However now I’m experiencing sagging floor, cracks in all grout lines where caulk should have been used and an improperly installed toilet (uneven newly tiled floor) that I’ve recaulked twice. I caught them using red guard on drywall behind the new shower walls to be tiled ( big NoNo). Tony’s answer” never had a problem doing this” . Maybe because it takes a few years for water to seep in? Insulation on an outside wall was left out and it was only when a worker showed me that I saw it. Tony claimed did not know it was outside wall ? … I could go on and on. I didn’t write review when they finished because I knew the owner and I still think he’s a nice guy plus I was sincerely happy to have a shower again after 11 weeks but I have issues rising from the work now and you should not. I’m hiring contractors again for my kitchen and 2nd bath and I’d appreciate honest reviews so thought I’d post.

  Henry and his team were excellent to work with from day one. I had a complicated renovation of my kitchen that I needed to have done. My cathedral ceiling needed to be structurally repaired and then finished. Also needed light fixtures and ceiling fan replaced. In addition to Sure Fix I had three other contractors give me an estimate. Before I had any of the contractors come in I worked up an estimate on my own ( I am familiar with estimating as I do this at work frequently). Henry's estimate was right in line with what I thought it should cost, while two other contractors offered prices that were significantly higher and way out of line. The third contractor never even bothered to show up for the estimate. The Sure Fix crew was great. On time every day. Cleaned up every day. At the end of every day they reviewed the day's work with me and made sure I was happy. We had to make some changes on the fly and the crew didn't miss a beat and maintained the schedule. The work turned out great. We're thrilled with the look. Great workmanship and attention to detail. Kudos to the crew....Tony, Emilio, Eli, Steve. Great job guys.

  Upon much deliberation and research prior to doing a kitchen remodel, I had interviewed 4 contractors prior to meeting with Henry of Sure Fix. This company, in my opinion, checks off all the boxes. The work they do is top notch, the price is reasonable, and the workers are polite and respectful. This is a professionally run business and it shows throughout the organization. Every person I interacted with treated me with respect. I will be sure to utilize Henry and his workers for all future projects. I currently have a patio project in process and they have been nothing short of fantastic to work with. 5 stars earned are 5 stars well deserved! Thank you Henry, and staff (workers on location as well as office personnel) for providing a rich customer experience 👍 ****7/22/23 ***** update on Paver patio and vinyl privacy fence installation ******* Hired Surefix remodeling for a paver patio and vinyl fence installation. The results are even better than what I had hoped. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this company's professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction! Every single worker has been wonderful to work with throughout all of my home improvement projects. I will continue to look to Henry and Tony for all future projects, which will include a bathroom remodel within the next few years. 5 stars and then some!!!! ✨️ 💫💫

  I have to say Henry was probably one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Not only did he answer every call and question I had, but his suggestions were great and helpful. The work his guys did was beautifully done and the time in which they completed it couldn't have been any quicker! I had my Kitchen redone (painted the cabinets, new countertops, new backsplash), a wall opened up and rerouted air duct vents to accommodate what I wanted, and a new accent wall. His workers were clean and respectful of my home and belongings. They were fast and thorough with attention to detail. I highly recommend Henry and his company if you are looking to get work done by professionals. I felt comfortable leaving Henry and his workers alone to get the job done and they certainly didn't disappoint...thank you again.
