  It has been 1 year since we had Kozi totally gut our bathroom. It was 28 years old and nothing had been done. Just the normal cosmetic paint and paper. When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. We LOVE our bathroom and hope to use them for other projects in the future.

  I had a very poor experience with Kozi Contracting LLC. The project was delayed multiple times without clear communication, and I constantly had to follow up for updates. What was promised at the beginning did not match the final results. The workmanship lacked attention to detail, and several issues needed correction after completion. Unfortunately, addressing these concerns took far longer than expected, and the customer service response was not satisfactory. For the price charged, I expected much better professionalism, transparency, and quality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

  Kozi did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel, it's beautiful! Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! I highly recommend them for any job that you might need to be done!!

  Kozi Contracting not only did an excellent job on our basement after it was damaged from water raining down from a dishwasher leak, but they also dealt with the insurance company tirelessly. The insurance company was not easy to deal with, but with their patience and persistence they were able to procure the funds needed to get the job done. They were very responsive to all our inquiries and easy to get hold of. The basement looks terrific and they did their best to do it in a timely manner. Thanks again to all those at Kozi who got this done before the holidays! We would recommend them without hesitation.
