- ASA-Frame of Mind Agility StockMay 23, 20195.0We are absolutely thrilled with the renovations Justin and his crew did on our house to make it finally feel like a home we can be proud of. This was a large project, which included new windows and siding, replacing the rear deck, replacing the small front porch and extending the porch and roofline to the edge of the house. They installed new flooring on the entire main floor, custom-stained the stairs to the 2nd floor, and continued the new flooring through the upper hallway. They installed new trim for the baseboards, windows, doors, and crown molding. Last, but certainly not least, is our amazing new kitchen. The crew opened up the wall between the old kitchen and dining room, creating a much better use of space. They installed the cabinets, appliances, new lighting, plumbing, etc. We love everything that was done, and won't hesitate to contract them in the future!!

Our home is a charming 1920-30's bungalow style home and we hired Justin to create a second floor MBR suite with full bath (walk-in shower & linen closet), walk-in closet, 3 dormer closets, 2 smaller closets & shelving. He extended the dormer in the bathroom to make it larger & added a barn door leading into the bathroom. He installed a cupola which opens into the MBR and really looks great - especially when lit up at night. He also replaced our roof & gutters, This was our first renovation and Justin was very patient and made some valuable suggestions. He was responsive, trustworthy and just a really nice guy who is also a great contractor. We were comfortable allowing him and his team in our home while we were at work which says alot. We definitely recommend Justin Byrd and hope to work with him again.
