  My husband called at 9am he said he’ll be at by us at12pm show up didn’t come until 4…Worst experience EVER…. The owner DENIS charge us $300 to empty one septic side (liquid) bad mouth his competitor…. Took our money and never return our call…. I wouldn’t even give him a star……… just so you know it’s the hickory customer

  If you have a septic issue call Eco American asap !!!! My husband and I bought a house from a family who did not tell us the depth of the defects of the float, but they gave us a number to a plumber and told us to call whenever we would like to fix the defective float. This previous plumber most likely just did a touch up job before we moved in, and when we called to have him come to do the job he completely avoided me. 2 weeks into living here we encountered a problem. So we called Eco American. They were so responsive and knowledgeable. I spoke to Dennis on the phone and explained what I was experiencing, and he knew exactly what was needed. He sent Donell and Trey and they were the absolute best !!! They got everything working in no time . Donell explained everything as he did it so my husband and I knew what was happening. They were really good !! I will definitely call them for all of my septic issues and maintenance!!

  When i called, Denise was very understanding, and she set up an appointment for me that accommodated my insane work schedule. Also, Denis who came to my home for the repairs did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. To my surprise, it was actually a pleasure to deal with them because they are great people.
