- CFChelsea FurlJul 15, 20241.0Same service for years and now my parents have to load their garbage up in a vehicle and put it at the end of their road. Not their driveway, the whole road which has 4 houses on it and they are the only ones required to do this. When calling in and asking why? They were told "the driver cant drive in reverse down off the hill" but then they watch the truck drive passed their house and turn around at their neighbors. If i could report them for their actions against I would. Unfortunately they are the only garabage available in that area. Such a shame that this is how they would treat their customers.
