  I have owned the same Power Watch generator for over 20 years. They offer an affordable annual service contract, which helps with routine maintenance including code resets, oil, and spark plugs. I have had to replace the battery several times because without a battery, like a car, nothing works! The staff at PW is professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.   It's a wonderful company to work with, great professional knowledgeable staff always on time, when one of my generators stopped working during an storm they where there within two hours and that says volume. They are very much price competitive with the others, but the service is by far superior. XOXO

  Fantastic service! Their tax are very knowledgeable. The only downside I would say is they were at our house the other day and the power wasn’t coming back on. Everything was under warranty except for a fuse that has blown so I was charged for the fuse and a prorated per our rate. That seems petty when it only took them five minutes to flip it out.
