The customer service was top notch and my wife and I are super happy that we went with Window world for our windows. We're planning to get new windows for the other floors of our house and we're at definitely going with Window World of Wyoming Valley.

Pricing was a bit high in my opinion for three doors and frames, but the problems we had resulted in some compromises, money-wise. The material quality appears well made. The main door frames have kerf weatherstripping, which is what you want. That was an unexpected surprise, so the perimeter of each door is rock solid in terms of draft areas being sealed up tight.
