They did a super nice job, and I am very happy with the work. The new windows and doors are well built, and cut the cold air to virtually zero. Bottom line, I would hire them all over again. If you need new windows or doors, window world is the way to go. They have the installation down to a science, you will not be disappointed.

They took the old windows and doors out with minimal mess. They cleaned up everything afterwards and the finished producr looked amazing! They also made sure we knew how to operate everything and pointed out the stickers that had the lifetime warranty number on them. They worked very quickly! I will absolutely purchase more windows from them in the future!

The installer, Josh, was decent enough - he was a technically sound installer, but it was evident he was rushing thru the job as areas of my window missed caulking and caulking material was on my newly installed floors, which by the time I noticed was practically cemented to my floors! I had to point out places that needed to be cleaned, an outside lamp that was taken down, lost one of its screws and could not be put back up, etc. The windows are great, but it was evident they were trying to get my job done before the end of the year at any cost and it was a “rush job!” Would I use them again or recommend them - hmmm…not sure.

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
