  Guys did a great job installing my new roof on my home. Everything was cleaned up and back the way it was before they came. Highly recommend these guys. Very professional.

  Recently, a representative from Planet Roof visited my residence unannounced and offered a free roof estimate. I explicitly informed him that I was not interested, particularly as it was the Christmas season, and requested that no one be sent to my home. Despite my clear instructions, two individuals—identified as Jason and Jimmy—arrived at my residence that same evening at approximately 6:00 PM to conduct the estimate. I had not consented to or scheduled this visit, and I was taken aback by their arrival. When I confronted them, I indicated that the initial representative had arranged it regardless. The first representative had apparently mentioned to me that securing appointments for free estimates was how he earned his compensation, which struck me as an incentive for disregarding customer preferences. This experience felt highly pressured and dishonest. Upon discussing the matter with my next-door neighbor, I learned that they had encountered an nearly identical situation with the same company, including an unsolicited follow-up visit after declining the initial offer. In light of these interactions, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Planet Roof and to consider alternative providers to avoid similar experiences.

  Shannon was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient. She took the time to walk me through all the siding options, helped me choose the perfect style and color for my home, and made the entire process stress free. The workmanship was outstanding my siding looks flawless, and the improvement in curb appeal is unbelievable. Shannon checked in throughout the project, answered every question, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. If you’re considering new siding, I can’t recommend Shannon and Planet Roofing enough. Truly a five star experience from start to finish!
