  Brian and his team were great they did a great job on our bathroom. The team did amazing work from start to finish. I would definitely hire them again.

  I hired Brian with S&B Construction to renovate two bathrooms and replace an exterior door and frame (he also helped to fix some issues in my garage and attic).  Overall, Brian did an amazing job and I am very happy with the bathrooms and the door.  Here's just some of the advantages to hiring Brian to work on your home: - Brian can do it all - electrical, plumbing, you name it. - For my job, he did nearly all the work himself, no subcontracting.  When he did bring someone else in to help every so often, that person also did a great job. - In almost any reno, you stumble on unforeseen surprises behind walls and under floors and in ceilings.  Brian is a great problem solver - for each small hiccup we encountered he explained to me the problem and offered various solutions. - Great memory - he followed up on everything we discussed from layout to tiles to grout to faucets - Keeps you informed of everything he is doing - clearly explains what he is going to do that day and, at the end of the day, what he has done. - Great attention to detail - Easy to communicate with - call or text, he responds very quickly. - Trustworthy - I had no problem trusting him in my house alone when I had to run errands, etc. If you need to hire someone for a renovation or even just a small job/repairs around the house, I highly recommend Brian at S & B Construction. I would hire him again for future home projects.

  We used S&B for our house…remodel, we did our basement and bathroom…and also the kitchen. The price that was given was very very good and the work was amazing. I would highly recommend S&B for any remodeling work for your home. Thank you for the great work…will use again in the future.

  I have been using S&B for about 8 years now on all sorts of projects throughout my house. I have renovated my entire house one room at a time. Brian has been great to work with, always concearned that we are following the budget as well as finishing every project on a timely manner. I highly recommend brian and his crew on any home improvement project that you wish to install.
