  After interviewing many siding companies. I decided to go with this company and I’m glad I did. They are the very best. I am very picky and I could find nothing wrong with anything they’ve done. The quality is superb. The pricing is fair and probably actually great for the quality work that’s done. The team actually treats you correctly and response to any problems immediately. In a world of contractors where everybody’s getting ripped off all the time that’s not the case here they actually go above and beyond and give you more than what you actually pay for. Again, the qualities is the very best. I was so happy with the work though I’m actually having them do more projects for me

  The work was ok knowing now about siding I realized some issues they definitely could have paid more station to. My issue was the put holes in my roof with pump jacks leading to leaks in my bathroom. After being notified they never came out to fix the problem I had to call another roofer not to mention the thousands of dollars it cost to repaint and fix my ceiling. I was told the would rectify the issue. I never received a call back after numerous attempts. This winter numbers gutter guards came off my roof. They are like razor blades and I have a 5 year old that could have been hit. I noticed they were only secured by very little screws. Again I called someone else’s do fix this issue. I would normally not make a review, but that was endangering my daughter so I felt inclined. Being a business owner, I know taking someone’s money and promising to stand behind Your work is super superior! Seems like their job was done and didn’t care to rectify any issues or problems they made along the way.

  From beginning to end of a large outdoor renovation the team at North Point Exteriors was absolutely amazing. Despite the stress I felt they made the process so easy to get done. The team was clean and kept the property tidy throughout the entire project. All my questions were answered quickly and the few changes in the midst of construction was implemented seamlessly. All concerns were address immediately. I can not recommend them enough! From planning to competition North Point made me feel like family and that my project was their only priority! Tyler, the sales rep, was super helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a outdoor change or repair North Point is the way to go! Thank you to the team the project turned out better than I could have ever imagined and hear complements daily on how gorgeous the house looks!

  We had a great experience with North Point Exteriors for my parents’ roof installation, new gutters, and skylight install. From start to finish, the process was smooth and well-organized. A huge thank you to Ashley, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire project. She kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything stayed on track. The crew did excellent work, the roof, gutters, and skylight all came out beautifully, and the job site was kept clean. We truly appreciate the quality of work and the customer service provided. Highly recommend North Point Exteriors to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality exterior work!
