  I initially had a positive experience with this company — communication was clear, professional, and we had agreed on all the details of the project. Unfortunately, things took a turn once it came time to move forward. After confirming the scope and schedule, they stopped responding to my calls, emails and text messages. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I never received a follow-up or explanation. My interactions with Brian and Luis were always pleasant. It’s disappointing, especially after such a promising start. I do appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism early on, but the lack of follow-through and communication afterward was unprofessional and frustrating. I can’t recommend them based on my experience.

  I recently had my roof and gutters replaced and worked with Brian, Mike, and Luis, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. They completed the job on time, at a very competitive price, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled roofing professionals.

  I had my roof replaced in September 2025 and it was a great experience dealing with North Point from the estimate to completion. Tyler was very informative and professional, the work was completed on schedule and they did a full clean-up.

  We hired North Point Exteriors for new siding, new black metal roofing over our porch & bay window, as well as reframing the bay window to fix a water problem. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Not only do they offer quality work, but the communication really sets them apart from everyone else. Ashley provided several renderings of the job before we started and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We love the “face lift” on our house!
