Mike's proposal was very detailed in both scope of the project as well as the materials to be used. The Precision project management team and crew were very professional, and extremely capable when faced with several curve balls over the course of the project. They were upfront with any change orders, and kept costs contained within our budget. I would highly recommend Precision Contracting Services!

From the moment we were in contact he was not only extremely professional but he truly helped me navigate this process. He put me in touch with a surveyor who was independent which then allowed me to take this project out to tender. Precision Contracting were not just competitive on price but I felt I could trust them with this large project. His team were all very professional and friendly and took care with our home as though it were their own! Covid gave us a slight hiccup but the project only overran by a few weeks. We have just sold our home and were confident that we could take what had been a substandard home to the market and recoup our losses. So a big thanks to Mike and his team, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I am thrilled with the job they did and would highly recommend them. Mike Hyon (the owner) is all about constantly refining and improving his processes. He really geeks out when explaining what they do and how they do it which is what you want! Day 1 the crew showed up and I was impressed with the foreman starting off with a thorough review with the crew of the project at hand, safety procedures, etc. Then they went to town and the progress they made in 5 weeks was remarkable. The whole crew was great and the project went smoothly. A project such as this is costly but I definitely felt I was getting a great value with Precision. In an industry w/ many amateurs (imo), Precision stands out as a highly professional, top notch provider. They do great work and they stand behind it!
