From the moment we were in contact he was not only extremely professional but he truly helped me navigate this process. He put me in touch with a surveyor who was independent which then allowed me to take this project out to tender. Precision Contracting were not just competitive on price but I felt I could trust them with this large project. His team were all very professional and friendly and took care with our home as though it were their own! Covid gave us a slight hiccup but the project only overran by a few weeks. We have just sold our home and were confident that we could take what had been a substandard home to the market and recoup our losses. So a big thanks to Mike and his team, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Their quote was very comprehensive and detailed every step of their work to be completed. Their workers were very professional and completed their work quickly and efficiently. We had several other quotes on the project but none were by far as comprehensive and detailed! THey were not the least expensive but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I would always recommend Precision for any house renovation project!
