  I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was dealing with My Dad’s Carpet. From the day I walked into their showroom until today when they walked out of my house after having installed my carpeting and flooring, they were knowledgeable and professional. My family room and powder room were built on a concrete slab which had to be replaced. Installing carpeting and flooring on this requires specialized knowledge. When I met Sarah at My Dad’s she knew exactly what was needed and the best materials to use as did the men who installed it. Great job, thanks a bunch!

  This is the second time we had My Dad's Flooring update our floors with carpet. I can't say enough about the service and expertise of the staff and installers. The first time we had the family room and stairs updated with new carpet and we were really impressed with the look and feel of the carpet, so when we wanted to do two more bedrooms with the same carpet as before, we knew where to go. The bedrooms were installed in about two hours and we couldn't be happier, new carpet just makes the rooms look so much better and fresh. I would recommend My Dad's Flooring to anyone who wants great customer service and professional installers.

  Rose and the team at my dad's flooring are awesome!!! At both the Phoenixville and Douglassville Locations. They are quick, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. They helped me navigate through two projects and really understand the importance of doing the job the right way over a short term cost savings. Pricing is competitive, and the products, work, warranty, and service are all elite. They have done two installs for me and i recommend them for your large and small jobs as they treat it with the same level of urgency.

  My Dad's Flooring is a great place to get carpeting, etc. Sandy was our salesperson and guided us through the process of selecting our carpet and luxury vinyl flooring. We wanted to match luxury vinyl already in our home, and they were able to accommodate our request. Shawn measured our rooms and estimated the project. When our materials came in, Jay scheduled the installation. Our installers were experts at their craft. From beginning to end, the teamwork at My Dad's Flooring insured us a fantastic job. Our customer satisfaction was obviously paramount!
