  Huge thanks to this company for the fast, high-quality, and affordable repair of our skid steer! The work was done at the highest level, and the technicians are true professionals who know their job. Everything was completed quickly, without unnecessary delays, and at a very reasonable price.   I called Keystone to get parts for my Rayco stump grinder. I needed bearings and a shaft. I told the guy I really needed them because I have a lot of work and needed the stump grinder to complete this work. I wish I remembered who I spoke to. I think it was Bill Long but I'm not 100%. He said I'll call you back. Well I never got a call back which made me miss the deadline of having everything shipped overnight. So I had no choice but to call someone else. I called Highway Equipment and got great fast service. They ordered my parts immediately. I also have been interested in purchasing a new machine. I got a quote from Bill Long on a Boxer mini skid. After having this experience I decided to purchase my machine from Highway Equipment. I purchased a Avant machine. Which costs a little more than the Boxer mini skid but this machine is great. The service I got from Highway Equipment was superior compared to Keystone. To this day Keystone has never even called me back about my parts even though the guy said he would call me back asap. It's been over a week. Nice job at leaving your customers hanging. This is my livelihood and I take getting my parts handled professionally. I will never recommend anyone to buy from you. I know a lot of other professionals. I have been in business for over 20yrs. This place doesn't care about you. Update: I was looking through my note book. It's dated and goes way back. I write down everything I do in it down to the meals I eat. It keeps me on track. Upon reviewing and looking through it I now see who I spoke to when I contacted Keystone about purchasing a part for my stump grinder. It was Bill Long who I spoke to and he never got back to me. I really needed the part and I expressed that to him. He didn't get back to me until weeks later after I left this negative review. I do not like leaving these kinds reviews but when I spoke to him he assured me that he would get back to me asap but unfortunately never did until he saw my review.

  I just took delivery of my new Takeuchi excavator. From looking at the machines, through the sales process and delivery all of my questions were answered by the sale representatives. The keystone team were personable, communicative, and made it clear they wanted to establish on going business relationship. I look forward to adding other equipment to my fleet.
