  Great work all around! Braxton puts pride into his work! I've used him for multiple properties now and would highly recommend. He is very responsive and unlike most contractors you do not need to stay on top of him for communication. Great pricing for the quality of work done, would highly recommend!

  I called Braxton to see if he could send someone to my house on super short notice. He responded promptly and was able to send somebody out three days later. I needed some sheet rock and plaster work done on my kitchen ceiling. Anybody who knows about old lath and plaster ceilings knows how difficult and messy it is to work with. I was a little bit concerned too because it’s my kitchen and you don’t want your kitchen covered in plaster chunks and dust. MTS took care of this job in such a professional, clean, efficient manner. I was very impressed with the whole process. My house was left cleaner than it was before the work started. I would recommend MTS to anybody looking for professional, efficient work done on their property.

  Modern Touch Solutions was subcontracted to fix an issue we had with carpet installation through another business. Braxton was upfront and honest with us, stating the original installers cut our carpet too short causing a lot of gapping between our baseboard molding and carpet. They talked with the business we hired to do our carpeting to come to a solution that would fix our issue without causing us to have an additional cost. Braxton was also nice enough to answer a question we had about an entirely different issue in our home and he was kind enough to evaluate it for us despite it not being what he was subcontracted for. I always appreciate honest, quality work!
