- JFjody farrMar 6, 20261.0Service man came did the inspection. We paid the fee which will be credited after signing the contract Dave never sent the contract. After calling the home office 3x never heard from them again very disappointed. Just gave away 160.00 for nothing

The job we had done at our home involved some unusual circumstances, and yet, everyone we worked with was so insightful and communicative, and they went above and beyond to deliver a professional experience. From the folks at the office to the workers at our house, everyone was generous with their time - answering all of our questions, teaching us about the work they were doing, and advising future/long-term maintenance. We wound up with our problem fixed, a great warranty, a friendly follow-up, and most importantly, the ultimate peace of mind.

Dave understood and offered realistic solutions to my wood stove chimney water leak. It was difficult to find a company willing to help, 8 to 10 companies called. After wasting money on 3 other companies with their "inspections", one which wanted an additional $750 for a level 2 inspection, Chimney Scientists have free estimates, AMAZING! Stephen and Armando were social, polite, and professional, in addition to doing a great job. Highly recommend Chimney Scientists! Don't waste your time and money on other companies!
