  We recently had our kitchen, remodeled by Lotus remodel and restore, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, organized, and far less stressful than we anticipated. Their team was professional, punctual and highly skilled. They communicated clearly throughout each phase of the project, keeping us informed and making sure every detail aligned with our vision, the craftsmanship and attention to detail truly show in the finished space, our kitchen feels both beautiful and functional. What stood out most was their commitment to quality and Customer Care they treated our home with respect and made sure everything was completed to a high standard We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and would highly recommend lotus to anyone considering a remodel.   We are so glad we chose Lotus for our remodel of two bathrooms! They were able to work within our budget which we were extremely pleasantly surprised with. The Lotus team was friendly, professional and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. Whenever something unexpected happened, we never had to worry because they had a solution and took care of it. Working with Christa was a dream. She had a vision for our space and made fabulous recommendations in line with our budget but also creating a beautiful space. We were so happy she shared her expertise with us!

  Absolutely terrible experience. Had two bathrooms done, the tile on the floor and shower was installed unevenly. All the tiles have cracked and lifted up. When completing the bathroom Tim had a leak into our kitchen below. The leak has returned, Tim when repairing the hole in the ceiling must have taken pieces of ship lap in our garage that we had from another project without asking. Tim used ship lap to repair the ceiling, the drywall was being held up with scrap pieces of ship lap. The plumber that came out today showed us the shotty work that Tim did repairing the leak. They were extremely high priced with terrible work.
