  Absolutely terrible experience. Had two bathrooms done, the tile on the floor and shower was installed unevenly. All the tiles have cracked and lifted up. When completing the bathroom Tim had a leak into our kitchen below. The leak has returned, Tim when repairing the hole in the ceiling must have taken pieces of ship lap in our garage that we had from another project without asking. Tim used ship lap to repair the ceiling, the drywall was being held up with scrap pieces of ship lap. The plumber that came out today showed us the shotty work that Tim did repairing the leak. They were extremely high priced with terrible work.

  As a new business owner, I was so grateful to have a contractor who truly partnered with us through every step of our Prime IV Hydration & Wellness renovation.   My husband and I wanted to convert our basement into a functional entertainment space that could be used for teen hang-outs as well as family / friend gatherings. The space is small and oddly shaped and we struggled with a design that made sense. We initially contacted Lotus for a design consultation. Christa was quick to respond and within one visit had an abundance of ideas she shared along with a reasonable quote to complete the work. Over the next several weeks, we had the pleasure of watching the Lotus Team execute. Christa, Tim, and the team were professional and courteous. Everyone was highly skilled and Tim was very involved, inspecting / overseeing the details. Tim is a true craftsman. We enjoyed watching him fabricate a custom fireplace and mantle along with a few other solutions that I’m confident would not have been entertained by other contractors. Christa kept us out of the basement for the last couple weeks of the remodel and gave us a blind reveal and the results…STUNNING! Lotus converted our small, dark, cluttered basement into a bright, open, functional space that looked like something right out of a magazine. We could not be more thrilled with the result and have since enjoyed many days / nights entertaining in our new space. If you have the opportunity to work with Christa, Tim, and Team, please take advantage. You will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10!

  We hired Tim and Christa after a long search for a contractor, including a few problem ones. We immediately connected with them and decided to move forward. We discussed our previous issues and they vowed to "make things right". They kept true to this throughout the months-long renovation of our kitchen. After working with us to finalize all of the details they were quick and prompt to provide an estimate and detailed scope of work. They identified potential challenges while remaining excited about some of the details we wanted included. I come from a background in construction and building. I was going to pay attention to the details and wanted things a certain way based off of my previous experience. This team thrived in that environment, paying attention to detail and asking our preferences throughout the entirety of the renovation. They treated our project as if it was their own. They cared about our opinions, ideas, overall vision and comfort during the winter months with an exposed exterior wall. Their team was beyond friendly and sincerely courteous. Asking permission to enter parts of the house when needed, informing us ahead of time when utilities would be out of service so we could plan and just a basic respect of the fact that they were guests in our home. Their skills were impressive. There were a few areas, such as the transition from the new floor to the old, where I asked myself "I wonder how they're going to make that happen". Some how they managed through these trickier details and the end result was stunning. Some of their best work was hidden under meticulously cut thresholds or behind engineered beams. There were a few speedbumps along the way such as long waits for permits, sub-contractors not coming on time and some additional work to the exterior wall. They communicated all of these as they arose, provided as much detail as they could and the new plan moving forward. During demo they noticed some damage to the exterior wall. They didn't need to but decided to dig deeper only to discover that the wall was severely damaged and at risk of falling. Rather than cover it up and complete the job they were contracted for, they investigated out of an abundance of concern for my family and my home. They then worked with us to repair the wall while also remaining within our budget. At the close of the job they didn't just make sure we were satisfied. They made sure we were happy. And I have to say that we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. It's now the focal point of our home and we receive nothing but compliments for how it turned out. Not only would I recommend the Lotus Team to others looking for contractors, I would hire them again.

  We are thrilled with our newly finished basement! I met Tim a year ago when he gave us a very competitive quote for our project. We signed on and covid put a hitch in our start date, but when the crew showed up, they were fantastic from day 1. I was texted/called on a regular basis (before and during our project) with updates and to make sure things were done to my satisfaction. Tim and Christa offered pointers which helped my basement turn out more beautifully than I could have imagined. I've worked with several other contractors over the years and these guys have been the best. It can be nerve-wracking to sign on for a big home renovation-even moreso to point out when you want things changed-but Lotus always made sure things were done to my satisfaction. It was a wait to start our project, but a worthwhile one. thank you, Tim, Christa, and crew!
