  Four-year update: Basement Waterproofing Specialists installed my sump pump in 2021 and did an excellent job. It is now 2026 and the pump is still working great with zero issues. Very happy with the quality of their work!

  Had them build a retaining wall in the basement to secure stone foundation which was necessary to stop water infiltration. Installed a french drain system and sump system which included a battery backup sump pump. These quys worked extremely hard all the time while on site. This was about a 2 week project completed in November of 2022. We had a problem with the battery backup pump some time after the project was completed. Called the service dept. and they came out the next day to remedy the problem at no charge. Great service. in the summer of 2025 we had them come back and bury the sump drain line in the back yard where it could empty into a small stream. Another job well done. They hand dug the sod out, buried the drain line, and replaced the sod. Over seeded with some grass seed and in a week or two the lawn looked great. If you are looking for a company to do some basement water proofing, have them come out and give you a quote. I would recommend them.

  I engaged Basement Waterproofing Specialists a few years back after interviewing 3 services and the workmanship and their professionalism was outstanding. I have a large basement, and they convinced me to repair the entire site to ensure success. They were right! I have told countless friends to use them should they need this service. We are 100% extremely satisfied. They cleaned up better than they found things. Very impressed. I recommend WBS to everyone for a superior solution.

  I literally can not say enough good things about this company. A little over 4-years ago, our basement finally flooded. I say finally because we had been putting of waterproofing for over a year. Every storm would leave it wet... the walls, the floor, and the old furniture we have down the cellar for watching movies, etc. Well, then came a snow storm followed by three days of rain. Guess what? We flooded out big time. Furniture destroyed, walls were full of mold and white chalky powder. It was a mess. The smell was awful. So, it was time to finally get it done. We called three companies. They came out, and honestly it was kinda gross. All three left me feeling icky, like they wanted to take the money and run. By chance I saw a basement waterproofing specialist ad, and I thought about it... but still, I was reeling from the bad experiences with the other. Then I saw one of their guys in wawa. I noticed the shirt, and thought, well, its a sign. That night I called. They came out and actually explained the problem and the solution. We hired them. The job took a day and a half. After a few storms that summer, I was shocked that we had zero, literally, ZERO water or wetness. Now, 4-years later, our basement is still dry every time. We recommended them to my sister, and they did a great job on her home too over in Norristown. If I could give 10-stars, I would!
