I didnt need to be home, but I was, so I spoke with the technician Cory when he arrived. He was knowledgeable & inspected the tank. This company sends a text to let you know they are on their way, I like this in case you have animals outside that need to be put inside- or just a heads up. Also, they send electronic invoices with a checklist when doing a septic pumping. Care was taken on my property. I will continue using & reccomending Eldridge Septic Management. Thank you!
