After being without heat during very cold weather, I had another contractor evaluate the system and was given a costly and complex diagnosis that would have taken several more days to address. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted DiBiase, and Barry came out promptly. Barry was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and calm in his approach. He carefully reviewed the system, checked pressures, wiring, and operation step by step, and quickly identified that the real issue was a low-voltage wiring configuration problem. He corrected it on the spot, restored heat immediately, and took the time to explain clearly what went wrong and why the system had stopped heating. What stood out most was Barry’s attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to fully verify system performance after the fix. The repair was completed efficiently, at a very reasonable cost (way much cheaper compared to the first technician's estimate), and the system has been working perfectly since. I’m very grateful for Barry’s professionalism and expertise. DiBiase Heating and Cooling earned my trust.

Luis helped me to understand how the fan actually works. It wasn't set correctly before. I, myself, my have pushed the wrong button at some time and continued to think that was how it was set in the past. At any rate, I appreciated the time that Luis spent with me. He is very good. Connor stuck close by to get an understanding of what Luis was thinking. Both are keepers!!!
