  Cory did a great job for Eldredge Septic. He explained our system, what the proper levels should be, spotted a potential issue we should look into, and left everything clean and in order. These folks have been coming here for decades and we're happy to recommend them.

  Eldredge has maintained and serviced the system on my property for many years and I really trust their expertise- Chad came out to do some testing and patiently explained system differences and needs while we decided maintenance steps and testing. This is an old school company with personable and kind technicians. You’re in good hands with them.

  I called with a problem and got it resolved in a very timely manner.Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable I will be using and recommending Eldredge to everyone I know. Shout out to Cory he was very efficient and answered my questions and gave great suggestions. Also Jeremiah was quick and very accommodating and Betty Jane very helpful with payment info. Hat off to a great company!!

  My septic cleanout by Eldredge went smoothly. I was notified when the driver was on the way and who the driver was. I was also notified when the job was completed and the clean out area was left in good condition. Very happy with all their service over the years.

  I have been using Eldredge Septic for several years now for routine cleaning of our two septic tanks. Cory Mann was the technician on-site this year. Several things contributed to this 5-star rating including: The professionalism of Cory - introducing himself and explaining what he was going to do that day. Cory has never been to our home, but that was not an issue. All of the prior visit history and details about my septic configuration were all on file and available to Cory electronically - and he reviewed these details before he arrived so he was ready to get to work. Cory found an issue with the baffle in the second tank and deteriorating concrete and had me come out so he could explain the situation. He provided options for repair and worked with his team for a quote and scheduling. It was seamless. Thank you Cory and the entire team for the continued great service!
