  Robert S from GF Bowman was one of three plumbers (companies) I had provide a quote for replacement of our failing tank water heater. All three plumbers quotes were within range of each other, with slightly different approaches and equipment options. Having weighed up my options and what made sense for my situation, I settled on GF Bowman. Robert S provided pricing options and applied current promotional discounts where possible to provide us with a very reasonable quote. He said he would be able to replace our heater today and delivered on that promise. His work was clean, methodical and organized. He patiently explained any technical concerns and made a point of ensuring both my wife and I were comfortable with every step of the process. I HIGHLY recommend Robert S for plumbing work and as an advocate for GF Bowman.

  I definitely recommend GF Bowman. They replaced my heat pump and did a great job. They left the areas inside and outside clean. He walked me through the thermostat usage and explained the actual unit to me. They were here on time and were a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough about Caleb.

  Service provided: Early season HVAC system check at a discounted price. HVAC service tech Austin Brown was courteous, professional , and thorough. Reason for the average rating is lack of information from GF Bowman office at the time of scheduling. If I would have known colder outside temperatures do not allow accurate refrigerant check I would have waited so this could be done as part of the HVAC check.

  Darien was my technician, and he was the best I've ever had. He spent more time checking out my furnace than anyone ever did before. He kept me informed of what he found and explained things clearly to me. I could see that he took his work seriously and made sure that he did a very good job. GF Bowman is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. I paid nothing for this inspection today, as I am on a maintenance program.

  I purchased my home three years ago. It's an older home but the previous owner was very good at taking care of things. Some of the units are older but in good standing is what we were told at the time. We didn't have any issues until we hired a company ( i won't name) to come do a routine service. Check the boiler and the central air unit. All of a sudden, the hot water is weak. Now, we're being told it would need to be replaced soon. Then, they can't provide the refrigerant for the central air unit cause no one sells it anymore. We would need to replace that soon also. So, for a year my husband and I are worried cause again the hot water is warm maybe it's time to replace the boiler. He called G.F Bowman to come service these two items and our technician Brian Newell made our year!!!! He found the source of our hot water problem without needed to replace the boiler! WE HAVE VERY HOT WATER AGAIN! He will add refrigerant to the central air unit without having to replace the whole unit. I swear, some companies need to be ashamed of themselves. Trying to take advantage of hard working people. Thank you Brian and G.F Bowman
