I was told I need a whole new door, new track and new springs and was quoted $3800 and it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. I called another company in Smithsburg MD who came out later in the day, and was able to repair the "beyond repairable" lower panel, straighten the hinges and parts, and put it all back together in less than 2 hours. I'm grateful I didn't stop at my first option, as I'd be without a functional garage until mid July still.
