  Even if you already have your waste management company- YOU MUST TRY GEORGE ALLEN and here’s why!!! The words “THANK YOU” to the whole team at George Allen Waste is such a weak statement for the gratitude my family and I have for this company. I unintentionally got connected with them last April as another company I was directed toward, was booked out too far and I had an emergency. Mandy is the lady who answered my call last year, and Mandy is the lady who I have spoken to every time I’ve called the office. Mandy is a dream! After how our society has developed into now with being sent to someone in another country taking my call, or a robot, OR IF I get someone here, they are rude and ignorant to their job, it has been such a blessing to be connected with Mandy each time I’ve called. Today was another emergency and I left a message after hours so she would get it in the morning; yet, because Mandy clearly works very hard, and is extremely professional, she happened to see my message before leaving for the day and called me back! She has the most pleasant, respectable voice and knows her work through and through. I am one of many who ran the office for my own family business, so I hold a representative to a high standard since I held myself to the highest standards. Again today, Mandy went above and beyond to help me, setting the bar even higher! Since my first appointment last year, we have consistently had the same technician: Craig. Craig is the male version of how awesome I described Mandy! Craig has clearly been working hard in this job for many years and has such a large amount of knowledge for everything septic —and TONS more! From the first appointment, I knew I could trust the information Craig was giving me, along with trusting in the work he completed, simply due to the professional way he spoke. He works very hard each appointment, and moves so fast to ensure he resolved the problems quickly, wiping all worries away! Also, the trucks each technician drives are huge bulky vehicles and I have a very tight/tricky driveway. Not a problem for Craig! Which speaks further into how skilled Craig is! You would think he was driving a mini coop! Yes this review is long, but George Allen Waste deserves a BOOK of 5-star reviews! If anyone is still with me- I have been screwed by too many companies so I am nervous starting with a new company. But within 1 minute of my first phone call with Mandy, she already began to calm my nerves and as you just rest it just gets better from there! So if you aren’t already using them- SWITCH TODAY. The cherry on top? I was shocked with how reasonably priced everything is. They have the best prices to match the best service!

  Phenomenal crew all around. From the receptists to the ones at the house doing the work. They dug out my frozen septic tank lid in this cold snap we have and fixed a baffle in the tank. These guys really know how to deal with shit, if you know what im saying

  Edit update as of this morning: I called to confirm cap was replaced as the gentleman I spoke with said it would be yesterday, I was in the office and not sure it had been done. A simple - Yes, it was and some form of notification would have been professional. Instead MANDY proceeded to grill and question me "did you not call yesterday?" "were you not home to see?" etc etc. Just say "yes it was replaced"......... I will never use this company again, due to the unprofessional manner of the front office woman. I should note that the gentleman I spoke to yesterday was completely professional and friendly - it appears to be MANDY. If I could give her negative zero stars I would. I’ve used this company for a couple of years, and the technicians have always been very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, communication with the office has been extremely frustrating. I left multiple messages to schedule service and received no callbacks before finally getting through. After the tanks were pumped, I again had to repeatedly call to obtain an invoice and a payment link. When I finally spoke with the woman in the office, she informed me that a tank cap had cracked during service and said it would be replaced right away. She did send a payment link, but it did not work properly—both bank and card payment links were broken and failed before submission. I continued calling and leaving messages in an attempt to pay by phone. When I finally reached her again, I was told the online payment system “works fine for everyone else,” in a condescending manner, and that no one would come to replace the cracked cap until payment was received—despite my repeated attempts to pay. She also told me she could only hear "every other word" during my call to her, but oddly she seemed to capture my card number just fine without me having to repeat anything. The bill was paid immediately upon receiving a live person, but the cap issue remains unresolved. They were also to send inspection reports to the township, and based on this experience, I have concerns about whether that will actually occur. Being treated as if I were avoiding payment (its been a week since service), when I was the one consistently calling to resolve it, was disappointing. Due to the poor communication and customer service, holding my broken cap hostage for payment etc. I’ll likely be taking my business elsewhere.

  We use their porta potties at the commercial property I manage. They are cleaned on a regular schedule, and reasonably priced. We have been very happy with the service provided.

  We recently had our full septic system replaced through George Allen, and this company set the standard for what professionalism and communication should look like for a major home project. From the very beginning, Nicole in the office kept us informed every step of the way. Her responsiveness, clarity, and coordination made the project feel completely manageable. On-site, Dylan, the foreman, was outstanding. He walked us through the entire process, answered every question with detail, and treated our property with an incredible amount of care. The whole crew worked efficiently, respectfully, and with real attention to detail. Even with the size of the job, they left our yard in great shape. I would recommend this company as maybe my best review ever - I wish there were more stars than 5!
