  From our first visit with Dan everything was great. He visited our home and gave us a great price in a new mini split system. His installers were friendly and did an excellent job. We are retired and the Veterans discount really helped.

  Fred Seidler gave me the worst customer service. Sold me service contract for 3 years at $200 per year. Never showed up. My new AC compressor stopped working on a third compressor change. Sold me an obsolete model . Not sure his license is renewed after October 2025. Would never recommend.

  Matt was seriously the most HELPFUL tech we have ever had. I’ve never had an hvac company come out and not try to sell me a million things I didn’t need except high tech. He had the problem figured out so quickly and had it fixed even faster. We had two companies come out prior that had no idea what was wrong with it. We had high tech come out last month and our heat has been running amazing through this snow storm. Matt & High Tech are the only people I will ever call to fix my heater from now on

  I would definitely recommend them ..I needed help with our heater and they couldn't come out that night because of the snow storm. But he took the time to try and help us to get our heater up and running for the night. But unfortunately it was something we coul do over the phone. He offered to FaceTime me also to help us with it. He was very sincere and helpful and he felt bad because he couldn't send anybody which I understood cuz of the storm but he said the next morning he would call me definitely and he did and they did come and we are 100% satisfied... even calling the office number everybody was nice and the tech was very nice and did a great job Thank you again high tech we really appreciate your help. We are finally nice and toasty now.

  Great experience! Our heating system malfunctioned on the day of the big snow storm (of course!). We called High Tech on Sunday night after 8:30 pm and Dan (the owner) called us back immediately to run preliminary diagnostics over the phone and make sure we had what we needed to get us through the night. They showed up promptly next morning, ran all diagnostics, replaced a part on our humidifier, and explained next steps clearly. Prices were reasonable, and we weren’t pressured to do unnecessary repairs just so that the contractor can drive up cost/billing. It’s not often that you get a prompt and tailored resolution and that too despite inclement weather conditions. Thank you!
