- BPBill PalomboAug 7, 20192.0Rented a piece of equipment from this company , price was good , lady who I dealt with was wonderful ,had a problem with the equipment not working properly and when the owner of the company called me back to discuss this he was extremely ignorant , unfortunately my problem was not resolved I will not use this company again for that reason , Think about this before you use this company good price is not enough , good customer relations and resolving problems when a person is paying over$ 500.00 to rent a piece of equipment means more than anything . There are multiple companies that rent equipment in the Crawford county area I would suggest that you check them out before you decide to use this company Pitts Rental Lloyd's Rental Bobcat of Erie just to name a few
