  Stopped in for new UV light bulb, for water filtration system, joked around with guys about fixing it myself and I would be back for the tube because I break it every year , guess what I broke it again this year, went back to get tube, Mark (THE BEST) the new owner followed me home and put it back together for me, Thank You , please put me in for next years service replacement of bulb better you guys do it then me , Because I will break it again next year. Thank you for the Great service. You don’t this anymore by a lot of business, Good luck with your new venture.

  I can't say enough good things about Miller Pump Systems. I had another (very well known) company here a few weeks ago to change my well pump; it was not an emergency and we replaced it because it was 27 years old and since we were doing some landscaping, it seemed like a good time for a preemptive upgrade. I don't know much about wells but even I could see the other company's work was sub-standard. I made the (GREAT) decision to call Miller Pump Systems; they listened and understood, they were prompt, competent, professional and extremely helpful. They fixed a number of glaring issues, including a poorly sealed casing lid which was letting mud and rain water into our drinking water that we could see every time it rained! They cleaned up the other company's sloppy electrical wiring too. Team Miller did an absolutely professional job and I wished I had called them in the first place. My family can drink our well water and feel good again.

  Highly recommend. We’ve used Miller to install a new well pump, and most recently called them after experiencing intermittent low water pressure and cloudy water. They sent a technician out the next day who diagnosed the problem immediately, repaired it in less than an hour, thoroughly explained what he was doing and why, and clearly knows his stuff. I also asked about replacing a tank, which he advised against as nothing is currently wrong with the current one. He could’ve sold me the job but instead earned my trust by not selling me an unnecessary repair. I later called because the water pressure seemed weaker (forgetting the technician told me I’d need to change the cartridges in the water filtration system more frequently in the coming days), and the gentleman walked me through checking to see where the problem was coming from. He determined it was due to the filter being clogged. Sure enough he was right. No more constantly running water, low pressure, or cloudiness. We are going to hire them to install a new filtration system as the person who installed the previous one obviously didn’t know what they were doing. Miller is a well established, highly regarded, longstanding local business. Prices are reasonable, service is great, techs are knowledgeable and friendly, and I will continue to use Miller pump in the future.

  I was having air coming through my water lines in my residential house with a well. The problem became worse and i called a big brand company in the area. They arrived and could not diagnose the problem so they wanted to replace the entire system including digging in my yard- Not cheap!!! I called Miller Pump System and over the phone Paul walked me through some procedures and was able to hone in on the source of the problem. Two days later i had two employees out and they fix the source of the problem and the rest of the system was fine! They saved me a lot of money!!! They will always have my business. Thank you!
