  Terrible company now, I miss the old Miller Pump these new owners don’t know what they are doing

  An elderly friend of mine had a well pump that burned out. He was without water for a week while we tried to figure out what was wrong. There were several factors that caused it and rather than playing the blame game and pointing fingers, Kenny and Tom jumped in and fixed it...... all within 30 hours from my phone call to them. They could have made a legal battle as to whose fault it was but they took the high road and fixed it. Thats some serious character and initiative and my friend has been a client of theirs for 27 years and now I know why he wont use anyone else.

  Stopped in for new UV light bulb, for water filtration system, joked around with guys about fixing it myself and I would be back for the tube because I break it every year , guess what I broke it again this year, went back to get tube, Mark (THE BEST) the new owner followed me home and put it back together for me, Thank You , please put me in for next years service replacement of bulb better you guys do it then me , Because I will break it again next year. Thank you for the Great service. You don’t this anymore by a lot of business, Good luck with your new venture.

  Absolutely stellar customer service by Ken and his crew. They came out about 2 hours after we called them and said we didn’t have any water. By 4pm the same day we had water restored. They tested everything and made sure they didn’t unnecessarily replace items, which saved us money. This company goes above and beyond and I’ll recommend them to anyone that needs well and pump services!! Thanks again Ken and his crew!!
