We knew when they would be on-site, what their goal was that day and if anything occurred that shifted the completion schedule. The deck that was attached when we purchased our home was a mess, so we anticipated a few speed bumps. Better View handled everything very professionally from start to finish which made for a wonderfully streamlined (and stress free) experience. They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls, don’t follow up with voice mail messages. After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of a live person, someone finally returned our call and came to our home to give us an estimate on replacing 1 window. We are still waiting to receive the estimate after almost 2 weeks. We left a voicemail, and still no response. They certainly don’t seem eager to have our business nor do they seem concerned about the level of satisfaction potential customers are receiving. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

You would not have known they were there except for the wonderful windows. I didn't know Better View existed, and had several other estimates. A friend told me about them. Ralph Thomas came and showed me the windows and gave an estimate. No pressure or hard sell. The price was much better than other estimates and the windows are exceptional. I wish everyone could know about Better View - its superior product and phenomenal staff!!
