    I met Ralph at the Builders Show and knew he was going to be a good partner for a door replacement project. I got four other quotes. Ralph’s was the best AND he went to bat for some warranty money from the manufacturer—which was super helpful/appreciated. Service was great—door looks terrific and my wife and I are very happy with our selection and the experience. Thanks Ralph and team!

    Ralph and the Better View team recently completed a new deck for us. From start to finish communication was consistent and clear. We knew when they would be on-site, what their goal was that day and if anything occurred that shifted the completion schedule. The deck that was attached when we purchased our home was a mess, so we anticipated a few speed bumps. Better View handled everything very professionally from start to finish which made for a wonderfully streamlined (and stress free) experience.     I met Ralph Thomas at the Harrisburg Trade show and I'm glad I did! We needed a new deck door and Ralph and his team made the whole process easy. Not only were we impressed with the quality of the product, but the workmanship by Avery and Terrance was superb! They had to navigate around 1980's contractors' bad habits and fixed all of them in addition to installing our Great Lakes Euro-Glide Sliding Door.
