  People who have seen my reviews know I offer them sparingly. This needs to be stated because this man did such a phenomenal job. Marc is the name he goes by at Spall. First off, he was very polite. He was very educated on his plumbing along with his consistent updates throughout the process. I had a difficult time with other plumbers getting out to my house let alone doing a great job with the work. When Marc said he was near the house, that was the first good sign that we had a great plumber coming. Once he came to the house his professionalism and genuine care for myself as his client superceded my expectations. This man stayed for almost 6hrs instant on helping my wife and I with our issues on the plumbing side. He arrived when he said would, he stayed later then he probably should have just to make sure our services were met with proper excellence. This man is nothing shy of an irreplaceable asset to any company for whom he works for. Spall, your company has the best plumber I've witnessed in years. This 5 star review was not given, this man earned it with every ounce of diplomacy he showed me. I'm grateful, and highly recommend Marc to anyone who encounters issues with their plumbing. Spall.... thank you for employing such a hardworking and ethical man. We wouldn't have accomplished this feat of fix if it wasn't for Marc. Spall & Sons will now be my go to for any plumbing issues in the future.

  Jordan arrived, asked and answered a number questions about what happened, what actions I took to try and get the heater working, what parts could be involved and why and how to proceed. Jordan then proceeded with the proposed plan, confirmed that the problem was the pilot light nozzle not flowing as it should. He fixed that problem then ran the heater through several startup sequences to confirm that it was working as expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the completed work, the answers to my questions and the price.

  Trey, Dan, & Alex did a phenomenal job replacing my natural gas furnace & AC unit. I have a background in the industry and was very impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Gordon from the sales side was also a pleasure to do business with. I will request this team again when it’s time to replace my other unit (although hopefully not for a few more years). Thanks guys!

  We contacted TE Spall when our boiler stopped heating our home. They immediately sent out a technician to evaluate our heating system. The technician explained that we would need a new boiler in a clear and concise way. Our Boiler was 26 years old. Customer service at this company is outstanding. We were informed every step of the way of what was going to occur with this installation. Levi and Mike were the plumbers that installed our new boiler. The installation required two days, For removal of the old boiler and hot water heater, and the installation of the new boiler. at the end of the first day, Levi and Mike explained what they had done & And the balance of the job that remained. we as homeowners really appreciated the information they provided and had confidence we were dealing with experienced seasoned plumbers. As advised by Levi and Mike they were done in two days With the boiler installation. Levi and Mike are an asset to the TE Spall company. TE Spall provides excellence in customer service service and satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

  We had Rob, an HVAC representative visit our home, and deliver one of the most thorough and professional consultations we’ve ever experienced. He inspected the outside of the house for proper drainage, checked the basement for the required 220 line, and walked us through every part of the air‑conditioning and heating system. He explained equipment options, labor, electrical work, permits, warranties, maintenance plans, and the differences between a standard system and a low‑ambient system. He also broke down BTU requirements for our three rooms, reviewed temperature control options, and clarified payment methods and interest rates. His knowledge, patience, and respectful approach made the entire process easy to understand. Truly excellent service from a representative who clearly takes pride in his work
