  Over the 2025 holidays we had a plumbing problem with a major leak. Communication with the Spall group was excellent with follow calls to ensure when they would arrive. The plumber we were assigned was named Troy. He arrived on New Years Eve and immediately got to work to diagnose what was causing our problem. Troy’s years of experience, knowledge and skill identified the complicated issue and got to work. By the end of the day he solved our leaky plumbing. It is comforting to now know a talented and trustworthy plumber should we have additional needs in the future! Thank you Troy! Thank you Spall!

  I have had a few different contractors do other jobs at my house but I want to say Ian and his partner Sam went above and beyond my expectations. Both were very.polite and respected my house. They both would listen to my suggestions and I'm proud to say I actually saved them time and money. That's what good customer service is about, when a contractor listens to you. I appreciate the business and I am very thankful for the support the workers gave.

  T.E. Spall dispatched Marc to our home on a Sunday evening to deal with a pretty troublesome sewer line backup. Marc was exceptionally professional, courteous and hard working. It took several hours and he managed to rectify our issue. He answered all follow up questions and gave us some advice on moving forward. Getting someone so calm for an emergency service was an excellent experience. Thanks again Marc.

  This morning after arriving home from work, I noticed our home was cold. When I checked the thermostat it read 50°. My fiancée and I attempted to troubleshoot the problem ourselves at first. After several hours of no results we called Spall, they were friendly and came out as quickly as they could. Which was wonderful because it was NYE, and the temps were dropping and flurries began to fall outside. They arrived promptly and gave us quotes and talked us through it all before agreeing to work. Our technician was Mason, he was a very kind and friendly young man especially to our pups who had to smell and welcome him. He was very polite and respectful when explaining what had occurred to our boiler/furnace. The price was as expected for a service. Even though it was an Emergency and on NYE, they didn't charge us a billion different fees for needing a rapid response on "a holiday". I would most certainly recommend to anyone looking. 👌

  Pros: -The job was completed well enough -Owner cared that the job was completed -Resolved one issue and semi-resolved another Cons: -It took five days when quoted one day -Owner did not seem to care how much impact the extended work had on our lives -Communication issues throughout the project (some of this is on our side but a lot on theirs) -Workers fill home with smell that I'm struggling to get out (communicated multiple times about this issue) -Overpriced for what we got -Lots of unhappy compromise Honestly, I wouldn't recommend based on my experience. I am leaning towards two stars but my husband met the last guy they sent and was happier with him so a reluctant three. He still made our house smell terrible and drilled in our master bathroom without ventilation. This is where we sleep so we will have to clean everything from dust and the smells are very unpleasant. The heat exhaust still blows into our dining room window but not as bad as before.
